After lunch, immerse in the city’s spa culture, soaking in history and healing waters. We end with sunset views from Castle Hill, optional ruin bar exploration, and dinner shared in warm company.

We journey into Hungary’s countryside, first to the riverside town of Szentendre with its baroque charm and artist studios. Continue on to Hollókő, a living folk village where embroidery, woodcarving, and pálinka-making traditions still thrive. Return to Budapest. The evening is yours to enjoy your final evening in Budapest.

DAY FOUR FEB 25th | BUDAPEST TO VIENNA A slow morning rail ride carry us from Budapest to Vienna. Upon arrival, we settle into our design-forward hotel, take a short walk through the neighborhood, and gather for a traditional meal. Optional evening chamber music in a salon completes the day.

DAY NINE MARCH 2ND | AMSTERDAM Begin with tea and sweet Dutch wentelteefjes at a favorite local tearoom. Visit Ons’ Lieve Heer op SolderHidden in the heart of the city centre of Amsterdam. A small wonder Our Lord in the Attic Museum, a unique well-preserved canal house from the 17th century. Narrow corridors and stairs lead to historically decorated living quarters, kitchens and bedsteads, ending in what is literally the highlight of the museum: a complete church in the attic. Afternoon free: With your poetic map in hand, spend the day wandering canals and hofjes. In the evening, we close our journey with a slow-food farewell in the Jordaan.

Yes. All train travel between cities — Budapest to Vienna, Vienna to Prague, and Prague to Amsterdam — is included in your tour cost. We travel in comfort, with assigned seats and ample space to read, journal, or gaze out the window.

We travel in first class or premium standard, depending on the route. Expect quiet cars, large windows, onboard service, and space for your luggage.

This tour is about exploring London and Paris through the its unique cultures. One way to experience this is through the culture of food.
We will visit wine bars in Paris and cocktail bars/pubs in London. You don't have to drink in order to enjoy these places.
If you are a vegetarian, lactose intolerant, or gluten-free, there will be many options in London. Paris, not as much.

We recommend arriving a day early to help with both jet lag but also in the event there are issues with your flights causing delays. Otherwise, arrive by the morning on Day One to check in and rest before our evening welcome walk and dinner.
